代理公司用 3 人团队借助 AI Agent 管理 200 个客户社交媒体账号
A social media agency managing 200 client accounts needed 12 content creators to research, draft, review, and schedule posts — approximately 1,200 posts per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook. Margins were thin, scaling required linear headcount, and content quality was inconsistent across team members.
They built a content production system with three agent types:
Brand Profile Agent: For each client, maintains a detailed brand voice document: tone descriptors, banned words, preferred topics, competitor avoidance list, past high-performing post examples. Updated monthly.
Content Draft Agent: Given a topic or campaign brief, generates platform-specific drafts tailored to the client's brand profile. Produces 3 variations per post for human selection.
Performance Analysis Agent: Weekly pulls engagement data from all platforms, identifies top-performing content themes per client, and updates the brand profile with insights ("LinkedIn posts with data statistics perform 2.3x better for Client X").
Human strategists review and approve all content before publishing (20–30 minutes per client per week).
Every client has a "voice score" — the agent rates its own drafts against the brand profile before presenting them to the human reviewer. Drafts scoring below 75% are regenerated automatically. This eliminated the most common client complaint: "This doesn't sound like us."
